This writ petition has been filed for a direction that Application bearing Case No.984 of 2023, under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 pending before the respondent no.3 i.e. Additional District Magistrate (F&R), Meerut, be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the State-respondents submits that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Application bearing Case No.984 of 2023, under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 pending before the respondent no.3 i.e. Additional District Magistrate (F&R), Meerut, be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of the order unless there is any legal impediment. 5. In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
