Cr.MP No.134 of 2024 Vide order dated 24.02.2022, the present revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondent that a sum of Rs. 1 lac was deposited by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court towards compensation amount and same may be ordered to be released in favour of the respondent-bank. Heard. In view of the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavit of Rajat Hansrani, Senior Manager, the same is allowed and a sum of Rs.1 lac., as deposited by the petitioner towards compensation amount along with up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released in favour of the respondent-bank, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to it’s bank account, detail whereof has been given in Para-4 of the application.
