3. The present applicant is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to FIR dated 01.08.2025, bearing FIR No. 0338 of 2025 registered at P.S. Jaspur District U.S. Nagar wherein he has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 191(1), 191(3), 333, 351(2), 352 of BNS 2023.
4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that after completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed by adding one more section i.e. Section 89 of BNS 2023.
5. After arguing at length learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned and if he moves any bail application that may be expedited.
5. Learned State Counsel has no objection on this.
6. In such view of the mater, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned within 15 day from today and if he moves any bail application same be expedited as early as possible.
