The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 4252/2023 vide order dated 28.08.2023. 4. It appears that an axe, which is the murder weapon, was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. 5.
