As per the said joint memo, learned counsel for the petitioner hands over a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.3,95,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Ninety Five Thousand only) drawn in favour of Sri Madhu.M (Respondent) dated 27.06.2025 and it is drawn on Canara Bank, Anavatti Branch. Learned counsel for the respondent and respondent report the receipt of the said Demand Draft. The said amount of Demand Draft i.e. Rs.3,95,000/- is - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22870 CRL.RP No. 919 of 2025 towards compensation to the complainant out of the fine of Rs.4,00,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will deposit Rs.5,000/- fine before the trial Court. 5. In view of the compliance of the impugned judgment, this revision petition is disposed of. 6. It is submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody.
