HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT TAX No. - 650 of 2023 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. Shri Gauransh Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Pranjal Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays that the matter be adjourned for the day. The matter was taken up before recess and the hearing was going on. When the matter is taken up for further hearing after recess, Shri Gauransh Mishra submits that the counsel for the petitioner has left for Mumbai before he seeks accommodation for the day. On a pointed query as to how the counsel for the petitioner can leave when the argument was going on without leave of this Court, he has no answer. The Court asked him to continue with the argument on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner, but the assisting counsel submits that he has no instruction to argue the matter. In view of the above, this Court is left with no objection, but to dismiss the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
