Case No. 240 of 2023, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.07 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 354, 354(B), 376-AB & 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 & 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of Sri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned Special Judge POCSO, Latehar. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 2592/2024 vide order dated 30.04.2024. Petitioner is alleged to have molested the minor daughter of the informant. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than a year. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned Special Judge POCSO, Latehar, in connection with Latehar P.S.
