Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Vikrant Rana, learned counsel for Respondent No. 4, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that investigation in the instant case has already been concluded and final report has been filed in favour of all the three petitioners. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid fact but states that he does not want to press this petition and seeks to withdraw it. 5.
