Case No. 75 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 379/414/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, section 30(ii) of Coal Mines (Nationalization) Act and section 33 of Indian Forest Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur. 3. Petitioner appears to be the owner of the vehicle which was seized by Maheshpur Police loaded with stolen coal. 4. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioner earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioner is an accused in as many as four cases. 5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
