No. 413 of 2024 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Petitioner was last seen with the son of the Informant. Thereafter, he went missing. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered. It appears that apart from circumstantial evidence, there is no material against the petitioner on the record. It further appears that similarly situated co-accused Rohit Kumar, Vikki Kumar Gupta and Ashwini Kumar have been granted bail by this court earlier 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
