Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India representing respondent No.3 is not averse to the aforesaid prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representations dated 18.11.2024 and 20.11.2024 (Annexure P-10 colly), if not already decided, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Needless to say, authority concerned while complying with the direction made in the instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass speaking order.
