This petition is filed seeking correction of a typographical error that occurred in the prayer of Crl.P.No.8435 of 2025 as well as in the order dated 16.09.2025, wherein the crime number was wrongly mentioned as Crime No.335 of 2024 instead of Crime No.335 of 2025. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that this Court may pass appropriate orders. On perusal of the record, it is evident that in Crl.P.No.8435 of 2025 as well as in the order dated 16.09.2025, the reference to Crime No.335 of 2024 is a typographical mistake, and the same shall stand corrected to read as Crime No.335 of 2025. 2 In view of the above, the interlocutory application is allowed.
