“Notice. Mr. Amandeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. It appears that pursuant to the decision rendered in favour of the petitioners in writ petition filed by them, respondents implemented the decision and granted benefit thereof to the petitioners. Petitioners’ grievance is that respondents have gone back from the implementation of the aforesaid decision, which was even otherwise implemented pursuant to the orders passed in Execution Petition by this Court and resultantly, have issued Annexure P-6 (colly), thereby, paying reduced pay to the petitioners without issuing notice whatsoever to them. Let learned Additional Advocate general to have instructions in the matter. List on 08.01.2025.” 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes

2. Pursuant to above order, learned Deputy Advocate General placed on record office instructions dated 07.01.2025 from the Director, Elementary Education. Relevant portion of the same reads as under:
“In this regard, it is submitted that as per information received from the O/o the Block Elementary Education Officer, Galore, Distt Hamirpur, vide letter No. EDN- BEEO-GLR-Pay Fixation-19-2024-25-1068-69 dated 7th January 2025. The pay of both the petitioners is being restored with immediate effect as the Petitioners in CWP 16784/2024 and also the Petitioners in the CWP 5232/2021 whose pay was earlier stepped down. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith for kind perusal please.”
3. A copy of office order dated 07.01.2025 has also been appended along with the office instructions.
4. Taking note of above, this writ petition stands
