ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the PGRS application filed by one Kaspa Ramaprabu, the petitioners were called for the purpose of inquiry. No crime has been registered against them, and the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder;
“ I further submit that on 17.07.2025, Kaspa Ramaprabu filed Public Grievance Redressal System at District Collector &
3 District Magistrate, Srikakulam against Venkata Lakshmi devi and Sivalenka Sankar regarding to an extent of 0-05 cents in TS NO.377/1 etc., while on petition enquiry I have deputed staff for enquiry, during enquiry it is established that the Hon ble JMFC Special Pro. & Excise Court, Srikakulam issued injection
Order in favour of the respondents No.5 to 7 vide O.S No.0000130/2024. However it is a civil dispute, hence directed him to settle their dispute in the Hon’ble Civil Court etc.. In this connection, it is to submit that the respondent No.4 never interfered ipto the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the respondents i.e 5 to 7 or to insist the petitioners to settle the civil disputes with respondents Nos.5 to 7 in respect to landed properly admeasuring Ac.0-75 cents in T.S.No.377/2B (R.S No.248/2) situated in Dandi Street, Srikakulam town.”
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court may
4. pass appropriate orders. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
