Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report dated 29.05.2025 furnished to him by the SHO, Police Station Mundawar, District Khairthal-Tijara wherein it has been mentioned that the sole appellant-Shubhram adopted son of Har Lal has expired on 23.09.2022. Copy of the death certificate of deceased sole appellant is annexed with the report. The report dated 29.05.2025 is taken on record. 3.
