Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since this petition was filed way back in 2018 questioning the allotment of work made in favour of the private respondent and no interim order was granted by this Court, the same has been rendered infructuous as the work by now would have been completed and moreover, the duration of the tender has, otherwise come to an end.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
