ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 to 9 in interfering with the disputes between petitioners and 10th and 11th respondents and threatening the petitioners to handover possession of lands in Ac 0 59 cents in Sy No 3/17A and Ac 0 58 cents in Sy No 3/17B of Theertham Village Baireddipalle Mandal Chittoor District to 10th and 11th respondents pending the Revenue Appeal with Misc Petition No 1687/2023 before RDO Court Palamaner Civil suit in O S No 325 of 2023 on the file of Junior Civil Judge Court Palamaner and status quo order dt 18 08 2023 in I A No 1 of 2023 in W P No 21049 of 2023 is nothing but illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioners and the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
