By means of this writ petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.1 to comply the order dated 09.07.2015 passed by Hon’ble the Chief Minister and pass a suitable order for recognition of the petitioner Association in accordance with law as the Hon’ble High Court has directed on 18.11.2015 within a stipulated period, in regard to which, representation of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.1 for suitable direction in the light of the order of Hon’ble Chief Minister. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to summon the records from the office of respondent no.2 and 4 and take decision on which work has been withheld by respondent no.4 maliciously for providing benefit to other Association named as Uttarakhand Rajkiya Mahavidhyalaya Shikshak Sangh.” 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority.
