Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. No. 446/2024, arising out of Kunda P.S. Case No. 37/2024, registered under sections 103 (1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. The daughter of the informant committed suicide. It is alleged that she was having affairs with the petitioner. It is further alleged that the petitioner had taken Rs. 40,000/- from the deceased and he was not returning the same due to which she committed suicide. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that there is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner had abetted the victim to commit suicide. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra in connection with S.T.
