P. -------- 04/ Dated 02.01.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2024, S.T. Case No.534 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, in which, charge has been framed under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Arvind Kumar No.2, learned A.J.C-XX, Ranchi. On 20/21.05.2024 at about 08:00 am, 16 years old daughter of the informant went missing. Statement of the victim has been recorded during investigation, in which, it has been stated that the petitioner on knife point had kidnapped her. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charge has already been framed in this case. In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
