Case No.227/2024, arising out of Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 156/2023, corresponding to G.R. No.2309/2024, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307, 333, 353, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2023 and there is no direct allegation against the petitioner. He submits that the allegations are made against 4-5 persons, who have been granted bail in B.A. Nos.7256 of 2024, 6879 of 2024, 9901 of 2023, 10765 of 2023, 11375 of 2023, 11675 of 2023, 12263 of 2023, 10 of 2024, 25 of 2024 and 6333 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there. 4. It transpires that the petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2023 and co- accused persons have been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.As. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Hazaribag in connection with S.T.
