Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- “A. This Hon'ble Court May Please to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondent No. 3 to re-verify the ownership, possession, and compensation records for the acquired lands and prepare a revised Award. B. Direct Respondent No. 4 to refund Rs. 57,42,350/- (including Rs. 4,78,660/- and other wrongful amounts) received by him illegally, along with applicable interest. C. D. Taking into consideration the fact that it is purely a lis between the petitioners and the private respondent, this writ petition is not maintainable. 3. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw this petition, with liberty to pursue the remedy in the civil Court, in accordance with law.
