Heard Mr. Mateen Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner/s as well as Mr. Ajeet Singh, learned Government Advocate for the State/respondent/s. Also heard Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, learned counsel for the Intervenor in WPS No. 578 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for sometime and after taking all the recourse, lastly submits that since petitioners have already been appointed on their respective Schools, as such, if the Court is not inclined to grant relief as prayed by them, they may be allowed to withdraw theses petitions with a liberty to raise their grievances as and when some exigency arises and if any counselling for the vacant post would be notified by the VYAPAM or by the State authorities in near future except the counselling which is commencing on 10th February, 2025. 3. The argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner/s have not been opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents and intervenor. 4. As such, these petitions are liable to be disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the extent as prayed for.
