Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.111 of 2023, corresponding to S.T. No.9 of 2024 (G.R. No.11 of 2024) for the offences registered under Sections 392/397/398 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh.
On 08.05.2023 at about 1:30 noon, dacoity was committed in the jewellery shop of the informant. Dacoits looted jewelleries worth Rs.8 lakhs.
It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
T.I. Chart relating to the accused person of this case earlier called for, has been received. The learned trial court has reported that only accused Bibhas Paswan @ Mrigendra Paswan was put in the T.I. Parade. It has further been reported that as far as present petitioner is concerned, he was not put on T.I. Parade.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.111 of 2023, corresponding to S.T. No.9 of 2024 (G.R. No.11 of 2024).
