With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Language Teacher at Government High School Binoo under complex Government Senior Secondary School Kalhog, Tehsil Kandaghat, District Solan. Petitioner had joined at the aforesaid station on 09.02.2016 initially on contract basis. Later on, petitioner’s services were regularized at that very station on 26.04.2019. Petitioner’s case is that after 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 completing more than 5 years of service at the same station, he moved a representation on 01.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2 seeking transfer under 5% Inter-District Transfer Policy notified on 20.11.2021. Petitioner’s grievance is that the said representation has till date not been decided by respondent No.2/competent authority. 4. Looking to the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and the aforesaid Transfer Policy, within a period of three weeks from today.
