In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the Notice bearing No.IND/CR/03/25-26 dated 30.05.2025 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent No.2, interalia, sought for direction to drop all the further proceedings initiated pursuant to the impugned Notice at (Annexure-A) against the petitioner.
2. Heard, Sri. C.M. Nagabhushan, Advocate for Sri. Venkata Reddy S.K., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Babu Rao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents - State.
3. Having taken note of the factual aspects on record, the impugned notice issued by the respondent No.2 is in the nature of taking penal action against the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the said notice be considered as Show Cause Notice and the petitioner is permitted to file reply/objection to the Notice at Annexure-A within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, reply/objection that may be made by the petitioner

to the Notice at Annexure-A, shall be considered by the respondents authorities in accordance with law. Till the
