Mr. Amandeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Shastri Teacher at GSSS Baghal, Tehsil Kotkhai, District Shimla. Her grievance is that in view of certain adverse family circumstances statedly faced by her, she has moved a representation to respondent No.3 on 12.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) seeking her transfer, but the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2024 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law and applicable policy within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
