No.4164/2024 in OS No.55 of 2021 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.KB RAMANNADORA Counsel for the Respondent: 1. r'A 2 TCDSJ C.R.P.No.2429of2024 The Court made the following order: The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the office note dated 19.09.2024 in CFR No.4164 of 2024 in O.S.No.55 of 2021 on the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, whereunder the application filed by the petitioner was returned. ■5' ■ 2. The petitioner claims that he has filed application under Order 3 Rule 1 of CPC and Section 151 CPC. Initially, the said application was returned vide office objections dated 12.09.2024 granting seven days time to comply with the same. The petitioner further claims that he has resubmitted after complying with the objections raised by the office on 17.09.2024. The said application again was returned on 19.09.2024 by stating that the petitioner did not comply with the objections raised by the office. Questioning the same, the revision petition is filed. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On perusal of the office note dated 19.09.2024 it is stated that, the petitioner did not comply with the previous objections raised by the office. As such, the present civil revision petition is not maintainable under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, accordingly the same is dismissed. 4l- 3 TCDS,J C.R.P.No.2429 of2024 5. However, the petitioner may resubmit the application after complying with the objections. There shall be no order as to costs.
