By virtue of order dated 28.02.2025, while granng interim protecon, the peoner was directed to join the invesgaon. 3. Learned counsel for the peoner has submi8ed that the peoner has joined the invesgaon and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned State Counsel, on instrucons, has affirmed the fact that the peoner has joined the invesgaon and he is no more required for further invesgaon. 5. In view of the above, the present peon is allowed and the order dated 28.02.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of condions as envisaged under Secon 482(2) of Bharaya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
