Case No. 213 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 140(3), 65(1), 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, under Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and under Section 3(1)(i), 3(i)(r), 3(i)(s), 3(i)(w)(i), 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act. 3. From the statement of the victim girl recorded in the case diary, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship. The petitioner is in jail since 7.7.2024. 4.
