By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to decide the representations dated 28.07.2023 & 10.01.2024 (Annexure P-5) of petitioner within a time bound period, since the petitioner is in cultivating possession thereof from the time of his father.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served in case the respondents are directed to decide the representation that have been filed by the petitioner, copies whereof are collectively appended with the petition as 2 Annexure P-5 within some reasonable time. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having gone through the documents appended with the petition, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the application that have been filed by the petitioner qua the mutation of the land in issue be decided by the Competent Authority within a period of six weeks from today after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
