The Court made the following
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the constitution of India by declaring the inaction on the part of respondent No. 4 in conducting investigation in Cr.No. 4/2024 of Disha U Police Station, Tirupati District as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 4th Respondent viz.. Station House Officer, Disha U Police Station to act swiftly and conduct necessary investigation in Cr.No. 4/2024 of Disha U Police Station Tirupati, Tirupati District and to pass……”
2. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the investigation is completed in Cr.No.04 of 2024 and the matter is referred as false.
3. Sri IMS Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout the remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no
order as to costs.
