Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is aged about 16 years. 4. It appears that victim is minor girl, and her consent for consensual physical relationship is immaterial. 5. In view the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
