By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking quashment of complaint bearing no. 1476/Mental Cruelty filed by respondent No.2/Wife before respondent No.1/Commission and all consequences arising thereof and related thereto. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice has been served to the petitioner, but the copy of complaint which has been made by the wife has not been supplied to him till date. He further submits that due to the said complaint, the entire family have been impleaded in the proceedings, therefore, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to appear before the Commission along with his counsel. 3. Learned counsel for the Commission, on instructions, submits that copy of the complaint will be supplied to the petitioner tomorrow itself as the matter is fixed before the Commission on 16/01/2025. 4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No. 1, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may take copy of the complaint from the respondent No.1 and raise necessary objections pleaded herein before the Commission. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach before this Court, in case any adverse order is passed against him by the Commission. 5. Considering the prayer of the petitioner that he may be allowed to 3 appear before the Commission through counsel, the same is allowed and he is permitted to appear before the Commission along with his counsel, subject to filing of the application before the commission for the said purpose. 6.
