This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“….to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the inaction on the part of the Respondents Nos. 2 to 3, in not registering the Crime against the unofficial respondents and not taking any action as per the provisions of Chapter XIII of Bharatiya Nagarik Surksha Sanhita 2023 on the Report given by the petitioner Dated 01.01.2025 is illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Respondents Nos.2 to 3 to register a Crime on a Report given by the petitioner Dated
01.01.2025 as per the provisions of Chapter XIII of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha 2023 and pass …”
2. Heard Sri P.Jithendra, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the matter is of civil nature. The respondent/police never interfere in the civil dispute. For ready reference, the relevant portion of the written instructions is extracted below:
“I finally submitted that both parties lodged reports with civil contents. Hence, issued proper receipts to both parties. I will follow the instructions of the Hon'ble A.P High court in this matter.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. In the light of the instructions extracted supra, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
