This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking directions to expedite the trial pending before the Court of learned Special Judge SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Cases), District Jaipur (hereinafter referred to as 'learned trial Court') in the matter of State Vs. Rawat Singh & Ors. arising out of FIR No.61/2013, registered at Police Station Kho-Nagorian, District Jaipur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 447 & 120-B of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s)(f)(g) & 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2. As per the status report dated 27.08.2025, only three witnesses out of 27 witnesses have been examined so far and rest of the witnesses have been summoned. The incident pertaining to the present case is more than 10 years old, therefore, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible and dispose of the matter. 4.
