--- 04 / 05.02.2025 This appeal is directed against the order dated 14.11.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Hazaribag in SC/ST Case No. 73 of 2024 arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024, whereby and wherein, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Hazaribag rejected the bail application of the appellant.
2. It is alleged that the appellant had outraged the modesty of the daughter of the Informant.
3. It was submitted that the appellant is in custody since 10.09.2024.
4. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the appellant on bail. Accordingly, appellant, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Hazaribag in connection with SC/ST Case No. 73 of 2024 arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024.
This appeal is allowed.
