On 31.12.2024, an interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner granting him interim bail. The said interim order was passed subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation on 01.01.2025 at 11:30 a.m. at Police Station, Una, District Una. Status report stands filed. The same is taken on record. Copy, whereof, has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. From perusal of the status report, it is evident that after grant of interim bail vide order dated 31.12.2024, the bail petitioner has switched off his mobile phone and is evading joining investigation. 4.
