The present anticipatory bail application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants in Case Crime No.18 of 2019, u/s 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C. and Sections 8 and 13(1) C of Prevention of Corruption Act, P.S.- E.O.W., District- Meerut, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail. 3. Considering the fact that instant anticipatory bail application is pending since the year 2024, it appears, either applicant has lost interest in the matter or by efflux of time, the same has become infructuous. 4. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail applications stands dismissed. 5. However, it is open for applicant, if cause of action still survives then he can file the recall application to recall the order passed today by this Court.
