GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….topleased to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one like WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondent No. 5 is involve in civil disputes and threatening the petitioner to vacateand dispossess the petitionerin the house bearing Door No.5- 137, Behind Shiva Temple, P.Gannavaram Village, Dr.B.RAmbedkarKonaseema District V and Respondents No.1 to 3 also not providing police protection is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violation fundamental rights guaranteed under Article Constitution of India necessary of 14, 21 of and consequently direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection and pass…. 2. Heard Sri B.Chitti Kasulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil dispute and threatening the petitioner to vacate and dispossess the house bearing D.No.5-137, behind Shiva Temple, P.Gannavaram Village, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District. Learned counsel would further submit that no criminal case is registered against the petiioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute and follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
