This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the representation dated August 21, 2024 filed by him. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the representation dated August 21, 2024 before the respondent authorities, however the same has not yet been decided by the said authority. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent authorities should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated August 21, 2024. 5. Accordingly, the respondent authorities are directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated August 21, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the person in favour of whom the Letter Of Intent has been granted. 6.
