In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure ‘A’) passed by respondent No.4. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 5. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I am of the view that the petitioner be relegated to approach respondent No.3 in accordance with law, as the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 6. It is made clear that in the event if the petitioner approaches respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner, Ramanagara District, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, respondent No.3 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24402 WP No. 18559 of 2025 shall condone the delay of the period spent by the petitioner herein before this Court. 7.
