It is the grievance of the petitioner that police is not investigating the matter properly and in fact not arrested any person and very recently processes under section 82 Cr.PC against only two accused persons have been issued. 3. This Court cannot direct any police officials to arrest any accused. Such arrest is based on materials on record and the degree of involvement of that accused in the offence. This absolutely is the prerogative of the investigating officer who based on the materials can arrest any person, if it is so necessary. 3. In this case it is admitted that involvement of two persons have surfaced for which process under section 82 Cr.PC has been issued by the Court and executed. Those two persons are absconding. It is submitted that investigating officer will take 2025:JHHC:12130 2 further steps in the matter. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to pass any order in this case. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the actions it is open to the petitioner to approach the Court in which the matter is pending. 5. This writ application is disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/
