1. Heard Mr. Sabyasachi Bhaduri, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Hariom Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 as well as Mr. Mayank Chandrakar, learned counsel for the respondent No.4/objector.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking following relief:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to: i. for records pertaining to the i. Call criminal proceedings with respect to the FIR dated - 21/07/2023 bearing FIR No. 0221 lodged by the Respondent No.4 in P.S. Vidhansabha, District Raipur, C.G. u/s 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. ii. Quash the FIR and all the consequential criminal proceedings IFANY arising from FIR dated-21/07/2023 bearing FIR No. 0221 lodged by the Respondent No.4 in P.S. Vidhansabha, District Raipur, C.G. u/s 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code,
1860. iii. Pass any further order in favor of the petitioner as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the present matter in the Interest of Justice, Equity and Good-Conscience.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the closure report has already been filed by the State before the competent authority.
