GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 21968 OF 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.2 in not disposing of the Appeals filed by the Petitioner dated 14.04.2025, 23.05.2025 and 28.03.2025 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The facts leading to file the present Writ Petition are as follows:- The Petitioner submitted applications dated 25.12.2024, 03.02.2025 and 16.02.2025 to the Respondent No.4/The Public Information Officer, Kadapa, for supply of certain information under RTI Act, 2005. The Respondent No.4 supplied few copies of Proceedings i.e., leave sanction order and reposted order to the application dated 03.02.2025 and no information was supplied to the applications dated 25.12.2024 and 16.02.2025 even after completion of stipulated time under RTI Act, 2005. 3. Against the non supply of the complete information by the Respondent No.4, the Petitioner made Appeal on 13.03.2025 before the Respondent No.3. As there was no action taken by the Respondent No.3, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4. As the relief sought by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition is only disposal of the Appeals pending before the Respondent No.3, this Writ Petition is disposed of with following direction: (i) The Respondent No.3 shall dispose of the Appeals filed by the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; (ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
