Case No. 261 of 2023, registered for the offences under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. He submits that co-accused has been granted regular bail in B.A. No.7256 of 2024. He further submits that Test Identification Parade has also not been held. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there. 4. The co-accused person has been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.A. and the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2024. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Argora P.S.
