1. Heard. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have not been granted increment in accordance with order dated 17.05.2013 (Annexure P/5) of the State Government, for which they have made representations dated 16.06.2014 before the respondent authorities but the same have not been considered and decided till date. 3. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 & 4/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the said representations of the petitioners on its own merit strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of

Further, the petitioners are also at liberty to file additional representation along with relevant documents within two weeks from today before the respondents/competent authority for redressal of their grievance. 4. With the aforesaid directions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
