O M R LAW FIRM 2 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 09.06.2022, passed by the 3rd respondent. 2. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the present writ petition, it is clear that the petitioner filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent questioning the order impugned in the present writ petition. On a query raised by this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said appeal is pending adjudication before the 2nd respondent. The petitioner having questioned the impugned order by way of filing an appeal before the 2nd respondent, cannot maintain the present writ petition. 3. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. At that juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated timeframe. 4. Considering the said request, the 2nd respondent shall make endeavor to dispose of the appeal within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3 5. With the above observation, the present writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
