Heard Ms. Babita Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.K.Rai, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was initially drafted half heartedly since the appropriate respondent to consider prayer for payment of unpaid salary i.e. the Society where the petitioner has claimed to be working as 'Secretary' was not made a party in this writ petition. When such objection was taken by the respondents, an Impleadment Application was filed and it was allowed and a notice was also issued. In other two Writ Petitions, no such amendment application is still filed. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, instead of entering into the merits of case, all Writ Petitions are disposed of with a liberty to petitioners to approach concerned respondent if their salary is not paid for the period they have worked who will take a reasoned decision and in case of any legal impediment, same shall be informed to each petitioners. 4. Court also takes note of the submissions that payment of salary is based on the income generated from business conducted by any Agriculture Society.
