2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 178 of 2024 arising out of Harla P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302/201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro.
3. On 17.01.2024 at about 3.30 a.m., son of the Informant Vishal Ghanshi left his house and thereafter he went missing. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered on the pointing out of co-accused Ravi Kumar Singh, who is the brother of this petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the deceased.
4. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record.
5. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Special P.P has submitted that the petitioner has confessed her guilt.
6. Considering the fact that apart from suspicion and confession of the petitioner, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro in connection with S.T. No. 178 of 2024 arising out of Harla P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024.
